Our world is getting more boring and more sterile by an absolutely shocking speed. Nature shrinks, animals face extinction, cities start to look alike and people all over the world tend to behave and dress in the same way. The takeover of uniformity and sterility is caused by the system which rules the modern world. Capitalism is so successful that it shows no mercy to every other way but its own. But our world is craving for diversity and people are looking for alternatives to the consume oriented and self-centering way of living. Mostly so because we're not given real goals anymore but earning more and owning more. Yes, the system gives us directions. One direction, to be correct. Forward. Forward. Forward. But where is it leading us to? Where will it all end?

In the German language there is a term which describes the behavior of this system pretty good: “Mit dem Kopf durch die Wand” - with the head through the wall. Translated into English, it means being very stubborn or headstrong, trying to achieve a result without thinking, even if this means hurting oneself. That's how I feel about the modern world. We're running with our heads through a wall. Always forward towards an unknown goal. Important is not what lies ahead, but that we move forward, that we progress.

But what if we don't play by the rules no more? What if we just stop for a moment? What would we see when we have a closer look at what's lying ahead? How does this obstacle, this wall look like?
